We started a basement renovation for a friend in River Road Hills today. The plan is to get everything fully guided first so that we can confirm a new bathroom kitchenette and living room for the basement. Looking forward to seeing the plans come together.

We completely overhauled this spacious 1900+ sf house. All the historic charm has been maintained, all systems are new, including, wiring, plumbing, & HVAC. The rear includes a 1st floor mudroom & kitchen, a master bath, laundry, and there’s a walk-in closet on the 2nd floor. Finishes include original & reclaimed wide plank hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms feature natural stone & ceramic tile, custom vanities, & frame-less glass shower walls. Chefs kitchen with high-end appliances, loads of counter space and a stainless steel farm sink. Energy efficient windows. We installed a generous privacy fence as well we poured the spacious concrete patio.
